Terms of service

The rules that apply when you buy a cape code from us.

Last updated 5 September 2026.

What you are buying

You are buying a single-use redemption code for a cosmetic item in a third-party video game. You are not buying the game, an account, or any right granted by the game's publisher. Codes are digital goods and are delivered by email.

One redemption per code

Each code redeems once. Once redeemed, the cosmetic is attached to the account that redeemed it and cannot be moved, resold or transferred by us.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide a working email address. We deliver to the address given at checkout.
  • Redeem on the account you intend to keep. Redemption is irreversible.
  • Do not share codes publicly before redeeming them.

Availability

Stock counts reflect the codes we hold. If a code is sold twice because of a technical fault, we refund the second order in full.

No refunds for expiry or publisher action

Cape codes are issued by the game's publisher under its own rules, and the publisher can change or enforce those rules at any time. No refund will be given if the publisher terminates, revokes, deactivates or otherwise invalidates a code, the cape it grants, or the promotion it came from, or if the code's redemption deadline has already passed by the time the buyer tries to redeem it. You are responsible for redeeming your code promptly and before any deadline that applies to it.

Independence

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Mojang Studios, Minecraft or Microsoft. Trademarks are the property of their owners and are used descriptively.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
