About CapesVault

Two collectors who kept ending up with spare codes, and got tired of watching people get scammed for them.

Most cape codes end up unused. Someone attends an event, walks away with a slip of paper, and already owns the cape. Someone else finishes a quest on an account they no longer play. Those codes are still perfectly good, and they are the only remaining way to get a cape whose claim window has closed.

What we actually do

We buy unused codes from the people who earned them, verify each one is unredeemed, and hold it in a pool until someone buys it. When you order, the code is pulled from that pool and emailed to you, then marked spent so nobody else can be sold it.

What we will not do

• Ask for your account credentials. Redeeming is something you do yourself, on the official site.
• Run a fake countdown or an invented stock number. If a listing says one code is left, one code is left.
• Sell a cape that is still obtainable in game, when getting it yourself is free.
